After our Kick off webinar, Bootcampers will complete the Marketing Overview, Marketing to Referral Partners, and Empathy - The Winning Marketing Formula modules in their portal. They will also schedule their Accountability Group meetings once they are partnered up.
After our second webinar, Bootcampers will watch a 45 min video on scripting for buyer representation agreements, watch the NAR Bulletproof Buyer Consultation, review the Realtor Dreams & Goals call script (that will be introduced during the webinar), and make their personal version of the “NAR Bulletproof Buyer Consultation” presentation.
During the week 3 webinar, bootcampers and coaches will solve for any challenges bootcampers had when creating their own presentation deck. Coaches will share the Exactly What To Say Buyer Agent Scripts and how to get time with a Trusted Realtor partner to teach those scripts to them.
This week, Bootcampers will have their first accountability group meeting, improve their presentations, teach the NAR Bulletproof Buyer Consultation to someone, and schedule time with a trusted Realtor partner to teach the NAR Bulletproof Buyer Consultation to them the following week.
In advance of the 4th webinar, Bootcampers will watch a video on what creates an irresistible offer, teach the NAR Bulletproof Buyer Consultation to a current Agent partner, talk with Buyer Agents partners and schedule time to introduce them to the Buyer Agent Scripts.
During the 4th webinar, the coaches and Bootcampers will discuss how it felt to teach the NAR Bulletproof Buyer Consultation and role play any sections that felt weak. They will also discuss the value equation formula that Bootcampers have been introduced to and some examples of how Realtors and originators can use it in their conversations, marketing, and email campaigns.
In advance of the 5th webinar, bootcampers will have their second Accountability Group meeting, watch the "Connection The Key Ingredient" module, review the Buyer Agent Scripts with an agent who is having a hard time converting buyer leads to signed buyer agency agreements, and role play the NAR Bulletproof Buyer Consultation with a trusted agent to a fictitious buyer.
During the 5th webinar, coaches and Bootcampers will discuss how teaching & role playing the NAR Bulletproof Buyer Consultation with a current Agent partner went. The coaches will also introduce the Shopping Around script/resource.
In advance of the 6th webinar, Bootcampers will deliver the NAR Bulletproof Buyer Consultation with a trusted agent to a buyer.
During the 6th and final webinar, coaches and Bootcampers will discuss how to overcome any obstacles/objectives that have come up, celebrate wins, plan for continued progress post bootcamp, and the coaches will share how to bring a new buyer agent into partnership with the Bootcampers' new presentation, scripts, and resources.
Post bootcamp, Bootcampers will have 2 more scheduled meetings with their Accountability Groups, co-present the NAR Bulletproof Buyer Consultation to more prospective buyers, and use the presentation, scripts and resources to bring more Buyer Agent partners into their fold.

Don’t worry, all learning content will be in your educational portal. All live sessions will be recorded and placed in the portal.
